Lee S. Goldwich, Partner
Mr. Goldwich has over 30 years of investigative experience, receiving his initial training and experience as a criminal investigator in the United States Air Force. After his Honorable Discharge in 1983, he worked as a Private Investigator and gained insurance training working as an investigator and adjuster for an independent insurance adjusting company.
In 1985, he founded Colt Services, Inc (later known as Horizon Investigations, Inc), a Florida Private Investigations Agency specializing in casualty and maritime investigations. He has investigated thousands of cases, including hundreds involving serious injuries and deaths.
Mr. Goldwich works on behalf of many of the world’s largest and most respected Corporations, Insurance Companies, Cruise Lines, Shipping Companies, and P & I Clubs, as well as some of the Country’s top Attorneys and Law Firms. He has trained and supervised hundreds of investigators and has personally been involved as the lead investigator in all types of insurance matters, corporate disputes, domestic situations, and criminal cases. He has been called to testify in depositions, hearings and trials, both in State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Goldwich is a graduate of the United States Air Force Law Enforcement Academy and the Wichita Falls Police Academy. He is licensed in Florida as a Private Investigator and All-Lines Insurance Adjuster, and holds the Florida Certified Investigator (FCI) designation (one of less than 60 as certified by the Florida Board of Certified Investigators). He attends seminars, courses and trade shows to keep current with industry trends and to constantly update his continuing educational requirements for both his FCI designation and Insurance Adjuster license.
